Spring Hill Epoxy Passes 92 Five-Star Reviews Across Middle Tennessee
We're proud to cross 92 documented five-star reviews and stay ranked among the top local flooring contractors in the region heading into 2026.
We have crossed 92 documented five-star reviews. For a local flooring contractor working out of Spring Hill, that number represents a lot of garages, basements, patios, and commercial floors across Williamson, Maury, and Davidson counties — every one of them booked through our epoxy flooring service in Spring Hill, TN.
It is worth saying what a milestone like this is and is not. It is not proof that we are the best at anything. It is a record of nearly a hundred households and businesses who felt strongly enough about how a job went to sit down and write about it. That is the part we are actually pleased about.
What People Keep Mentioning
Reading back through the reviews, the same three things come up far more than anything about resin chemistry.
Punctuality. People notice when a crew turns up when it said it would. Given how common the opposite experience is with trades, arriving at eight when you said eight apparently registers as remarkable.
Site cleanliness. Grinding concrete makes dust. Working under HEPA extraction, masking adjacent surfaces, and sweeping the driveway before we pack up takes maybe thirty minutes on a job. It gets mentioned in reviews constantly.

Explaining the work. A lot of reviews describe being walked through why the slab needed grinding, or why a particular primer was going down. Most people want to understand what they are paying for. Explaining it costs nothing and changes how the whole job feels.
None of those are technical achievements. They are just the basics done consistently.
The Work Behind the Number
Ninety-two reviews maps onto a much larger body of work, since most happy customers never write one. Across those jobs the mix has been roughly:
| Project type | Share of work |
|---|---|
| Residential garages | Around half |
| Basements and interior living spaces | Roughly a fifth |
| Commercial and industrial floors | Roughly a fifth |
| Patios, pool decks, and driveways | The remainder |
The single most common job is still a two-car garage in flake, finished in a day. The largest was just over 5,000 square feet in a public building, done inside a five-day window.
The one thing we would ask
If we have coated a floor for you and you have not left a review, it genuinely helps. Local search is how most people find a contractor now, and a recent review carries more weight than an old one.
What We Are Working On
Growth for a trade business is mostly a scheduling problem. More demand without more capacity means longer lead times, and longer lead times are how quality slips, because crews start rushing prep to catch up.
So the focus heading through 2026 is unglamorous: keeping lead times inside one to two weeks for residential work, keeping the same people on the tools rather than subcontracting out, and holding the standard on preparation even when the calendar is full.

We are also spending more time on the consultation itself. Bringing physical flake samples out to the driveway, moisture-testing on the spot where the slab warrants it, and handing over an itemised written price rather than a verbal range. That front end is where most of the misunderstandings in this trade start, and fixing it there is cheaper than fixing it later.
What We Have Learned From the Complaints
Ninety-two five-star reviews does not mean every job has been perfect. It means the problems got sorted. A few patterns have come out of the ones that did not go smoothly, and they have all changed how we work.
Cure times need to be in writing. Early on we gave walk-on and drive-on times verbally at handover, and people quite reasonably forgot which was which. A vehicle back on a floor too early is the one avoidable way to damage new work. Now everything goes on a printed sheet left on the bench.
Colour looks different in daylight. We had one homeowner who was unhappy with a flake blend that looked completely different in their garage than it had on our sample board indoors. Now the samples come outside, and we hold them at the open garage door in natural light before anyone commits.
Clearing the garage takes longer than people expect. Nearly every job that has run late started with a garage that was still half full at eight in the morning. We now send a reminder a few days before, and we are specific about what needs to be out and where the crew needs access.
Moisture testing is not optional on new builds. A green slab in a new subdivision can look identical to a fully cured one. Testing takes minutes and prevents the single most expensive failure mode in this trade.
None of that is dramatic. It is just the accumulation of small process changes that come from paying attention when something does not land right.
Thank You
To everyone in Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Columbia, Nolensville, and Thompson’s Station who has had us out: thank you. Ninety-two reviews is the result of a lot of people taking a chance on a local contractor and then taking the time to say how it went.
We will keep grinding every slab properly, keep the driveway swept, and keep explaining the work. That seems to be what people actually want.
