1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or engaging Spring Hill Epoxy for work, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

Spring Hill Epoxy provides epoxy flooring and concrete coating services, including:

  • Garage floor epoxy
  • Basement floor epoxy
  • Commercial and industrial epoxy flooring
  • Metallic and decorative epoxy
  • Concrete polishing
  • Patio, pool deck, and driveway coatings

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges only. A firm price is provided in writing after an on-site consultation, because slab condition, moisture levels, and finish selection all affect the final figure. Written quotes are held for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. All prices are in US dollars.

4. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, clear it of vehicles and stored items before we arrive, and provide access to power and water where needed. Coating work requires an ambient temperature between roughly 55°F and 80°F, so we may reschedule if conditions would compromise cure quality.

5. Variations

If the slab reveals conditions that could not reasonably be seen at the consultation, such as hidden moisture, previously coated surfaces, or structural cracking, we will stop, explain what we have found, and agree any change in scope or price with you before continuing.

6. Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked installation. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or the crew has mobilised may incur a charge covering those costs.

7. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit card, and check. Larger commercial projects may be invoiced in stages as agreed in the written scope.

8. Workmanship

We stand behind our preparation and installation work. If you believe there is a defect in workmanship, contact us promptly and we will inspect it. This does not cover damage from misuse, impact, unapproved chemical exposure, structural movement of the slab, or water intrusion originating outside the coated area.

9. Curing and Aftercare

Coatings need time to cure. We provide walk-on and drive-on times in writing at handover, along with care instructions. Damage caused by placing the floor into service before the stated cure time is not covered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spring Hill Epoxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Spring Hill Epoxy and is protected by copyright law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The terms that apply to your project are the ones in force when your written quote was accepted.
